Job Description The Administrative Assistant for COMPASS serves as the first point of contact and manages receptionist duties for all callers, visitors, and students. The Administrative Assistant will schedule student visits with staff using Outlook, and/or other scheduling software. Assist the Student Success Advocates (SSA) in preparing reports, agendas, minutes, and presentations. Maintain the office supply inventory. Assist SSA and students in submitting emergency funds request. Responsibility for creating and maintaining the accuracy of the website, social media, and all marketing materials. |
Required Qualifications •Experience providing administrative support in a professional office setting. |
Preferred Qualifications: •Previous work experience in higher education. |
