Job Description The counselor works within a dynamic environment, serving students and educating them in ways to develop themselves personally, educationally, and vocationally, as well as to enhance their overall mental and emotional well-being. This position will provide counseling, crisis intervention, and overall clinical outreach/educational services to the campus community. Responsibilities include intake, assessment, time-limited individual counseling, group counseling, outreach, consultation, and crisis intervention in the areas of mental health and wellness. |
Required Qualifications Education/experience: |
Preferred Qualifications: Prior professional clinical experience working in a college/university counseling or community setting. Demonstrated ability to provide outreach, prevention, consultation, and seminar presentations. |
