Job Description This position will design, maintain, monitor, and enhance programs, policies, and procedures in relation to talent development, succession planning, retention, and workforce planning. This position will work closely with staff, faculty, and leaders to identify and plan for career progression; develop and execute appropriate learning plans for career and competency development; and support succession planning. The manager will evaluate Radford University's workforce structures, advise management on the allocation of personnel and resources, and facilitate workforce efficiencies and effectiveness. |
Required Qualifications Master’s degree in a related field, or a bachelor’s degree with related experience equivalent to the master’s level. |
Preferred Qualifications: Higher education experience in human resources at a manager level |
