Job Description This position plays a key role in Radford University’s efforts to provide support for faculty in teaching, scholarship, and leadership. This position provides supervision of faculty development fellows, training for scholarship of teaching and learning, and management of faculty development communications. This position is involved in communicating with the Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning and in other university departments, developing and managing professional development programs designed to improve faculty teaching, scholarship, and leadership. This position reports to the Executive Director of Faculty Development. |
Required Qualifications -Considerable experience with instructional design, preferably in higher education with an emphasis on design for online and alternate delivery methods. |
Preferred Qualifications: -Experience with the Desire2Learn learning environment. |
