Job Description The Business Technology Analyst, Finance, provides strategic leadership and technical expertise for financial systems, including Ellucian Banner Finance and related platforms. The position drives automation, digitization, and ERP optimization across Finance operations including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounting Services, Procurement, University Services, General Accounting, Financial Reporting, Bursar, Risk Management, and Compliance, reducing reliance on external support and improving efficiency. It collaborates with IT, vendors, and Finance leadership to support enterprise projects, reporting, and compliance. |

Required Qualifications •Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field; or a Bachelor’s degree in one of these fields with equivalent professional experience. |

Preferred Qualifications: •5+ years of progressive experience in Finance ERP systems administration. |
Employment Conditions: Up to 100% remote with some required in-person meetings, trainings, etc.
