Job Description Music Therapy Faculty, full-time temporary instructor position beginning August, 2026. Teach undergraduate and graduate Music Therapy classes within the music therapy program. Manage and supervise graduate and undergraduate clinical experiences. A continuing record of publications, presentations, research, and other appropriate professional activities is expected in addition to recruiting and university service. |

Required Qualifications Master’s in Music Therapy and MT-BC required, doctorate preferred in MT or related field. At least five years of full-time clinical experience in music therapy or its equivalent is required. College teaching experience as well as strong clinical musicianship with keyboard, guitar, voice, and percussion. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to relate well to a diverse group of students and faculty at the university level are both essential. A commitment to outreach and student recruitment, and versatility to help meet needs within the department based on applicants’ strengths, is anticipated. |
