Job Description Promote student success by ensuring equitable access to financial aid resources, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality, student-centered service. Responsible for supporting students and families throughout the financial aid process by reviewing academic progress cases, coordinating with campus partners, and providing clear, accurate guidance on aid eligibility and requirements. Serves as a key liaison between departments to ensure efficient resolution of student financial aid concerns. Performs additional duties as assigned in support of departmental and institutional goals. |

Required Qualifications •Strong knowledge of financial aid regulations and compliance requirements. |

Preferred Qualifications: •Experience with a student information system and document management system (for example, Banner and Xtender). |
