Job Description The Manager of Employee Relations and Compliance provides leadership and oversight for the University's employment compliance and employee relations programs to ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws, University policies, and regulatory requirements. This position serves as the University's primary resource for employee relations consultation, workplace conflict resolution, ADA accommodations, employee grievance administration, and employment policy interpretation. The Manager partners with University leadership to promote fair, consistent, and legally compliant employment practices while mitigating institutional risk through consultation, investigations, compliance oversight, and training. |

Required Qualifications •Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Public Administration, Psychology or a related field. OR Bachelor’s degree in related field with at least 2 years of direct experience. |

Preferred Qualifications: •Experience working in higher education, government, or a public-sector environment. |
