Job Summary he Building Automation Technician is responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building automation systems that support campus facilities. This role ensures HVAC and control systems perform reliably and efficiently while meeting operational, safety, and sustainability standards. The technician works independently and collaboratively to diagnose system issues, implement improvements, and support ongoing building performance across a diverse campus environment. |

Responsibilities • Operate and maintain building automation, energy management, and control systems to meet indoor air quality, safety, and comfort standards for campus facilities. |
|
Minimum Qualifications • Associate’s degree in engineering technology, control or HVAC technology or a related degree and experience with building automation control systems; or equivalent 5 years of related experience (in lieu of degree). |
|
