Job Summary The Assistant Director, Donor Engagement Officer strengthens Colorado College’s connection with alumni and inspires philanthropic support for the college’s funding priorities. Working in close collaboration with colleagues across the Advancement division, this position is a vital relationship builder who bolsters CC’s pipeline of philanthropic leaders. This opportunity requires close collaboration with other departments in the Advancement division. Expected outcomes for this role are: retaining annual donors who give $1,874 or greater, growing the philanthropic commitments of assigned prospects, capturing information that will enrich prospect records, securing unrestricted gifts to support the college’s greatest needs, and partnering with cross-campus stakeholders to provide new funding to enhance affinity programs. This position is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about advancing Colorado College’s mission through strategic fundraising. |

Minimum Qualifications
One year of relevant work experience may be substituted for one year of required education (OR) one year of relevant academic coursework beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted for one year of required professional experience. |
