Job Summary The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic administrative partner to the Vice President for Enrollment, playing a critical role in advancing the division’s priorities. Acts as a central point of coordination between the Vice President and campus leaders, staff, and external partners, including key feeder schools. Proactively manages a complex calendar and competing priorities, using sound judgment and discretion to support decision-making. Coordinates travel, meetings, and events, monitors budget-related activities, and helps ensure the Vice President’s Office operates efficiently, professionally, and with the highest degree of integrity. |
