Job Summary Serves a pivotal role in leading the administration and strategic implementation of student conduct and student support processes, with a key focus on the institution-wide integration of the Maxient case management system. Completes case documentation for CARE related cases, tracks actions taken by the CARE Team to manage cases, and manages the administrative components of case management through Maxient. Follow up with staff, faculty, and various campus departments to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment while rigorously upholding institutional standards and policies. |
