- Driver’s Licence and car required
Empower and support people with disability to maintain their independence at home, using a person-centred active support model to assist with domestic tasks that may include meal preparation, general cleaning, transport and community access.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability)
- Victorian Driver’s Licence and reliable car
- Proven understanding of person-centred approach and positive behaviour supports
- Strong verbal and written communication
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Working with Children Check
- Covid-19 vaccinations (strongly recommended)
