We're seeking a creative and strategic Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to drive our digital presence and community engagement. You'll craft compelling content across multiple platforms, manage social media campaigns, and develop marketing materials that showcase our impactful programs and services. This permanent part-time position (3 days per week) offers the perfect work-life balance while contributing to meaningful community work.
You will be a great fit if you have experience in:
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Proficiency in design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools
- Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Coordinate marketing campaigns for events, fundraising initiatives, and program promotion
- Monitor analytics and optimise content performance
- Collaborate with program teams to capture authentic stories and testimonials
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications
