We’re seeking a Business Resilience and Risk Manager to drive the next phase of our risk management program and ensure our organisation remains resilient in the face of challenges.

Some of the ways you’ll make a difference:

  • Lead the implementation of the Risk Management Framework and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to enhance their understanding and application of risk management practices.
  • Develop and implement crisis management procedures and business continuity strategies.
  • Conduct training programs and simulation exercises to prepare our teams for handling crises effectively.
  • Provide risk reporting to the Executive Board and Finance Audit and Risk Committee, ensuring accurate and timely communication of risk status.
  • Foster a risk-aware culture by coaching and advising managers on risk management best practices.

To help you achieve this, ideally, you’ll have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification, preferably a postgraduate qualification in risk management or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in risk management roles, particularly in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and embed a robust risk management program.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience in managing projects and transformation initiatives, with a focus on continuous improvement.
