The Opportunity
Benetas, a leading not-for-profit provider of aged care services, is seeking a passionate and experienced Community Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership and oversight to the In-Home Nursing Service (IHNS), supporting safe, high quality and person-centred care in the Western Suburbs.
This is a Part time position on Maximum Term, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our valued clients while advancing the skills and capability of our dedicated team. You will be working from our Braybrook office and supporting our North and Western clients and teams.
As one the IHNS Clinical Leads, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care and support services to our clients in their homes. Collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, you will oversee the assessment, planning, and implementation of personalized care plans, ensuring our clients receive the best possible care and support to maintain their independence and quality of life.
The Clinical lead contributes to service development and continuous improvement. The role serves as the primary clinical resource, offering expert guidance and support to the broader Benetas teams.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Post graduate qualifications in Nursing, in addition Education or Cert IV in Assessment and Training (desirable)
- Current AHPRA Division 1 as Registered Nurse
- Current CPR and annual update from accredited provider
- Current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Extensive experience in community-based aged care services
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and record-keeping
