Are you a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse (EN), seeking an opportunity to be a part of our mission to help older Victorians live their best lives?
Our residential aged care homes are just that - a home for our residents. They provide a comforting and warm space for older Victorians to live, supported 24/7 by our experienced and kind-hearted staff.
You’ll make a difference in the residential home by:
- Providing excellent, resident-focused care in relation to specialised nursing needs, such as management of diabetes, wounds, infections, pain and medications
- Maintaining documentation; completing resident assessments, incident investigation and related care documents in accordance with policies, and procedures and meeting accreditation standards
- Overseeing the administration of day-to-day tasks as relates to the provision of clinical care to achieve best resident outcomes and undertaking clinical monitoring of residents and escalating changes as required
- Applying sound decision-making skills to make effective use of all resources
- Providing employees with clear direction and guidance and actively promoting positive working relationships.

To best support our residents, we’re looking for more motivated Nurse’s with:
- A current AHPRA registration (Diploma in Nursing)
- The ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, and a collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues and other key stakeholders
- An understanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration
- A high level of accountability for your own work
- A friendly and positive attitude with the ability to demonstrate client-focused behaviour
- The annual flu immunisation or a committment to receiving the current immunisation, plus annually
To work in Residential Aged Care you will need to have an NDIS Worker Screening Check. The NDIS Check lasts for 5 years and can be used with any organisation / employer. You can find out more information about it here. You can still apply for a job if you do not have the Check already, but you will need to receive it before you can start working.
