The Role
We are looking for experienced Personal Care Workers to join our Clarinda on the Park home in Clarinda on casual basis. This home has 90 wonderful residents who value your contribution. There are shifts available across AM & PM.
Our Personal Care Workers:
- Assist residents with daily activities according to their needs and choices
- Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the Nurse on shift
- Plan and support residents with social and lifestyle activities within the home
- Document information including all required charting and progress notes
- Spend time with the residents to connect, share stories and show empathy

About you
- Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or a related qualification. If you have completed the first year of your nursing studies, and have completed your placements, you will be a qualified Care Worker
- Experience working in an aged care environment
- A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain
