Benetas is looking for an experienced researcher for the position of Insights Manager. The role is responsible for evolving and leading our enterprise-wide insights function at Benetas. The Insights Manager will be responsible for continuing to build an efficient team and delivering meaningful insights on a regular basis to address a wide variety of internal and external stakeholder needs.
About the role
The Insights Manager, together with one direct report, will be responsible for:
- Building a deeper understanding of our current and prospective customers and delivering actionable insights to the business which will help inform short- and long-term organisational priorities.
- Recruiting and managing our Consumer Advisory Body
- Growing awareness of our brand as a thought leader by delivering high quality, innovative, and actionable research for advocacy on issues facing the aged care sector and older people generally.
This role sits on the Leadership team of the Customer, Insights and Marketing team, and reports into the GM, Customer, Insights & Marketing. The position is located at our Support Office in Hawthorn East, just 10 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD.
About you
- Tertiary qualified in quantitative analysis, marketing, market research, psychology or a related field
- Extensive experience and knowledge of a range of research activities including sourcing, analysing, and interpreting complex data, designing, and executing qualitative and quantitative market research studies.
- Familiar with advanced statistical techniques including conjoint modelling, segmentation and driver analysis
- Experienced leader, with confidence to participate, lead and influence team discussions to bring the voice of the consumer into consideration when making decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills
