Our Team

Our Clinical Services Managers lead and develop clinical and care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to older Victorians in our residential homes. They enjoy working within a supportive, respectful environment where their expertise and leadership are valued and rewarded. The Role

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Services Manager to join our Residential Services team at St George’s, located at 13–19 Howard Street, Altona Meadows VIC 3028. St George’s is home to 124 residents.

Annual salary of $130000 plus super under our current Enterprise Agreement
Not-for-profit salary packaging up to $$18,550 per year – offering you more take-home pay with less tax!
Full-time permanent position, working Monday–Friday

About You

To be successful in this role you will need:
• A current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and an NDIS Clearance (essential)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the Aged Care Sector
• A positive and influential management style
• Well-developed clinical governance and risk management knowledge
• The ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, and a collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues and other key stakeholders
