Our experienced and dedicated team is passionate about providing high-quality, person‑centred care in an environment where residents feel safe, heard and supported.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Gladswood Lodge team.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver excellent, resident-focused clinical care, including support with diabetes, wound care, infections, pain management and medications
• Complete high‑quality documentation, including assessments, care plans, incident investigations and progress notes
• Oversee and coordinate day‑to‑day clinical tasks to ensure best possible outcomes for residents
• Monitor residents' health, respond promptly to changes and escalate concerns as required
• Spend meaningful time with residents—listening, connecting and showing genuine empathy
• Guide, mentor and support Personal Care Workers and Enrolled Nurses in delivering exceptional care

About You

You will bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical judgement and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to issues
• Compassion, empathy and a commitment to treating others with dignity and respect
• A collaborative approach and ability to build positive relationships with residents, colleagues and families
• Understanding of aged care legislation, standards and safe medication administration
• Accountability, professionalism and a positive, resident‑focused attitude
