The Role

Join Benetas as a Customer Liaison Officer in our Residential Aged Care Services team, based at our St Georges Residential Aged Care Home in Altona Meadows, in Melbourne's Western Suburbs. This permanent position offers you the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians, while building a rewarding career with one of Victoria's most respected aged care providers. As our Customer Liaison Officer, you'll be the welcoming face of Benetas, supporting residents and their families through their aged care journey. You'll work closely with our residential care and sales teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.

  • Act as primary contact for resident inquiries and family communications
  • Coordinate admissions processes and facility tours
  • Resolve concerns promptly and professionally
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives and community engagement activities
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting

About you

  • Experience in aged care environment and an understanding of the experience for residents and their families going into aged care
  • Experience in customer service positions with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Compassionate approach to working with older people and families
  • Computer literacy and administrative skills
