The Role
We're seeking an internal employee who is experienced and clinically strong Nurse for a Clinical Services Manager at Bridgewater Lake Aged Care in Roxborough Park, home to 98 residents. This is a full-time, maximum-term position working standard business hours from October 2026 to April 2027.
- Lead the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care services.
- Provide leadership, coaching and support to clinical teams, including Registered Nurses and care staff.
- Monitor clinical indicators and drive improvements in resident health and wellbeing outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Act, Quality Standards, accreditation requirements and organisational policies.
- Oversee clinical governance activities, including risk management, incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to enhance care experiences and outcomes.
- Monitor service performance, clinical quality metrics and regulatory compliance indicators.
- Lead quality improvement projects and implement best-practice clinical processes.
About You
- Current Benetas employee.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within aged care, health care or community services.
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical governance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience leading people and providing guidance and support to others.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including working with residents and families.
- Ability to analyse clinical data, identify risks and implement improvement strategies.
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A passion for delivering exceptional care and improving outcomes for older people
- $68.58 per hour / $135k per annum
- Full-time, maximum-term position working standard business hours
