The Role

We are looking for an experienced operational leader to join our Residential Services leadership team as Regional Business Manager - North West.

Reporting to the General Manager, Residential Services, you will provide leadership and direction to a team of Residential Managers and contribute to the commercial and strategic success of Residential Services. You will support our homes to deliver strong operational, financial, people and customer outcomes while maintaining a person-centred, best-practice approach to resident care.

• Lead and coach Residential Managers to achieve operational objectives and Residential Services KPIs
• Drive strong financial and business performance across the region, including occupancy, care funding, agency usage and EBITDA
• Lead quality, customer experience and continuous improvement initiatives across residential homes
• Analyse performance, identify opportunities for improvement and lead strategic and operational projects
• Partner with key stakeholders to support the Residential Services strategy and deliver sustainable business outcomes

About you

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
• Significant operational leadership experience, including leading and coaching multiple managers
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with demonstrated ability to analyse performance and drive business outcomes
• Demonstrated experience in business improvement, transformation, project management and change management
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills, combined with a genuine commitment to quality care and outcomes for older people
• Experience managing an operational aged care environment and Registered Nurse qualifications would be highly regarded.
