About the opportunity
The Program Support Officer – Honours and Awards provides administrative, logistical and records management support to deliver NSW SES honours, awards and recognition programs. The role supports the nomination and assessment processes, maintains records and tracking systems, manages award ordering and distribution, responds to stakeholder enquiries, and supports the timely and effective administration of member recognition and appreciation initiatives.

About you
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records and systems, and support ordering, invoicing and reporting activities.
- Be comfortable undertaking manual handling, packing and dispatch activities to support the distribution of awards and recognition materials.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Be proactive, adaptable and solutions focused, with sound judgement and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
