What you’ll be doing:

This is a varied entry-level role supporting both office tasks and day-to-day store operations within the NSW Rural Fire Service. You’ll assist with basic administrative duties, respond to enquiries, and help keep records up to date, while also supporting the movement and tracking of equipment and supplies.

Working as part of a team, you’ll help receive and dispatch goods, assist with stocktakes, and ensure items are stored and recorded correctly. This role offers the opportunity to learn new skills and gain experience in a practical, fast-paced environment that supports frontline emergency operations.

The ideal candidate

• The ideal candidate is a reliable and motivated individual who is eager to learn and contribute to a team environment.
• They have good attention to detail, can follow instructions, and are willing to take on a mix of administrative and hands-on tasks.
  They are comfortable using basic computer systems, communicate clearly, and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
  An interest in supporting operational activities, including stores and a willingness to learn new skills will set the successful candidate up for success in this role.
