- Attractive annual salary $85,804 - $93,949 p.a. plus 12% superannuation

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Advisor to support the delivery of high-quality talent acquisition services across a diverse range of roles at the RFS. Working within a collaborative team environment, you will provide recruitment advisory and administrative support to hiring managers, ensuring efficient, compliant and customer-focused recruitment outcomes.
This role will see you coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities including advertising, candidate management, psychometric testing, reporting and stakeholder support, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and contemporary recruitment practices. You will also assist with job evaluations, role description reviews and provide guidance on recruitment principles, legislation and systems.
The successful candidate will bring strong organisational skills, sound recruitment knowledge and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience using recruitment platforms such as PageUp, SAP or similar systems, along with an understanding of advertising strategies across platforms including SEEK and LinkedIn, will be highly regarded.

Our ideal candidate is an organised and proactive recruitment professional who enjoys delivering high-quality support and building strong working relationships. You will have experience providing recruitment advice in a fast-paced environment and be confident managing competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and/or human resources administration
- Knowledge of recruitment principles, employment legislation and contemporary hiring practices (Public Sector experience highly regarded)
- Experience using recruitment systems such as PageUp or similar platforms
- Experience supporting recruitment activities, including psychometric testing and candidate coordination
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
- High-level administrative capability, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- The ability to provide clear advice and support to hiring managers and stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and positive team culture
