Your role

As a Physiotherapist with integratedliving, you’ll deliver high‑quality, in‑home services through the Support at Home Program, helping clients achieve the goals that matter most to them.

You will:

  • Assess and plan care via telehealth or face‑to‑face visits
  • Support clients with rehabilitation, mobility, strength, balance and independence
  • Work with complex and rewarding cases that genuinely change lives
  • Manage your own schedule with flexibility and trust
  • Primarily provide 1:1 care, with opportunities to contribute to group wellness programs

  • AHPRA‑registered Physiotherapist
  • Passionate about person‑centred care
  • Strong communicator who can motivate and empower clients
  • Comfortable working independently with team support
  • Holds a Police Check, WWCC, First Aid, CPR and Driver’s Licence
  • A proactive learner who values growth and innovation
