Some people see an issue and work around it.

Others ask why it happened, what it means for our clients and team members, and what can do to ensure it doesn't happen again.

This role is for the second kind of person.

As our Senior Partner Quality, you will work alongside our regional operational and clinical teams to strengthen care and service quality, improve client outcomes, and support compliance across our home care services.

You will analyse trends, investigate incidents and complaints, identify opportunities for improvement, and help embed practices that make a genuine difference to the people we support.

With significant reform underway across the aged care sector, this is an opportunity to influence how quality care and services are delivered, not just measure it afterwards.

  • Flexibility to work 4 or 5 days/week.
  • Genuine flexibility and support from both your leader and team.
  • Salary packaging benefits – up to $18,550 tax-free.
