As our Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll be the strategic force behind our digital channels — transforming organisational goals into powerful digital experiences. You’ll lead a talented team, partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies, and ensure our digital platforms tell our story with clarity, purpose and impact.

The Marketing and Communications team plays a critical role in promoting growth and positioning integratedliving as a premium aged care service provider and employer of choice, through the strategic and tactical application of specialist knowledge, promotion of our brand and provision of market-leading communications and media.

 

Your Role 

  • Develop and deliver the digital marketing plan across SEM (Google Ads), SEO, paid social (Meta), email and content marketing.
  • Use CRM and marketing automations tools to drive lead nurturing, campaign delivery and pipeline visibility.
  • Oversee digital development projects, including our website, client-facing applications and intranet.
  • Ensure our platforms are user-centred, high-performing and optimised for conversion.
  • Measure and report on digital performance across all channels.
  • Identify trends, optimise spend and guide decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Leads and support digital marketing team members and external partners.

About You 

You will bring:

  • Formal qualifications in marketing, digital marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading digital marketing strategy and execution.
  • Strong capability across SEM, SEO, paid social, email and content marketing.
  • Experience managing website, apps or digital platforms with a focus on UX and conversion.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Leadership that inspires, supports and elevates others.

This role attracts a total remuneration package of approximately $120K per annum (base + super).
