Scheduling Officer | Full-Time 6 Month Contract
At integratedliving Australia, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Scheduling Officer to join our supportive team on a full-time 6-month contract.
As a key member of our operations team, you will help ensure our clients receive reliable, high-quality care by coordinating services and supporting our Community Support Workers across rural, regional and remote communities.

Position Details:

76 hours per fortnight- Monday to Friday
About the Role:
As a Scheduling Officer, you will play an important role in ensuring our services run smoothly by coordinating schedules and responding to changing client and workforce needs.
Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and maintaining Community Support Worker schedules to ensure reliable service delivery

Managing daily changes including staff availability, cancellations and unexpected service requirements

Working with clients, families, Community Support Workers and internal teams to maintain continuity of care

Resolving scheduling challenges and implementing practical solutions

Maintaining accurate scheduling records and reporting
About You:
You are organised, adaptable and enjoy managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will bring:

Experience in workforce scheduling, rostering, coordination or high-volume customer service environments

Experience coordinating schedules for multiple staff members (30+ staff highly desirable)

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
-
Confidence using rostering systems and Microsoft 365 applications
