Our integratedliving family is growing (and we love it!), with more clients joining our community and exciting new opportunities becoming available. We’re looking for friendly, organised and customer-focused people to join our Carrington-based Call Centre in upcoming Customer Service roles.

What a day can look like

• Respond to client enquiries and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Support clients with bookings, information and general enquiries
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve questions and provide solutions
• Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate customer records
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and colleagues
• Help ensure every customer has a positive experience with integratedliving

What you’ll bring

• A genuine passion for helping people and providing great customer service
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, contact centres or similar roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems
• A positive, solutions-focused approach
