Community Support Worker – Merriwa | Part- Time

We’re looking for a Community Support Worker based in Merriwa to join our integratedliving team and provide meaningful, person-centred support to clients in their homes and local community.

What you’ll be doing

Every day is different, but you could be:

• Supporting clients with personal care, medication and daily routines

• Assisting with shopping, appointments and household tasks/domestic assistance

• Supporting clients to access their local community

• Providing companionship and building meaningful connections

• Helping clients maintain their independence and wellbeing

• Travelling to Cassilis when required to support clients

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is caring, reliable and genuinely passionate about supporting others.

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Live in Merriwa

• Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar

• Be available a minimum of Monday, Thursday and Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

• Be willing and able to travel to Cassilis when required

• Hold a current Driver’s License and have access to a reliable vehicle

• Hold a valid First Aid, CPR, Working with Children check, Police Check/NDIS clearance

• Have, or be willing to obtain, the required pre-employment checks
