Position Available: OSR Supervisor

Location: Perth Airport 

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to plan, schedule and ensure smooth operations by leaning on their experience in a similar role within the transport and logistics sector. If you’re ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan and Scheduled Daily Loads while handling the management and delegation of tasks to direct reports
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce operational and human resource policies and procedures.
• Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforce adherence to requirements, and advise management on needed actions
• Safeguard OSR operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Sustain physical condition of OSR by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Assist in the preparation of and managing of expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions
• Complete OSR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and assessing work results.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant OH&S polices by leading by example, displaying safety awareness at all times, and ensuring conformity to housekeeping policy

Skills and Experience: 

• Leadership experience, skills, and attributes with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• Customer service and people skills with Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Information analysis and Surveillance skills 
• Interpersonal communication and negotiation skills 
• Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of budgets 
• Practical understanding of Continuous Improvement and Process Management
