Key Responsibilities:
- Be the Hub of Communication: Manage a variety of communications, from emails and phone calls to mail, ensuring everything is directed swiftly and efficiently.
- Support the Team: Assist with a range of tasks like data entry, organising files, and prepping important documents—making sure everyone has what they need to keep things moving smoothly.
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support with a smile and professionalism
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with different departments to ensure seamless operations and make sure everyone is in sync to achieve our goals
- Handle Invoicing & Accounts: Support with invoicing clients, tracking payments, and keeping an eye on accounts receivable
- Support Quality Control: Assist with the implementation of quality control processes to ensure our work meets the highest industry standards and client expectations
- Keep It All Organised: Enter data into systems, generate essential reports, and maintain precise records—ensuring everything is up-to-date and accurate
Skills and Experience:
- Juggle multiple tasks with ease while prioritizing responsibilities and maintaining smooth, efficient workflows
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Quick to identify challenges as they arise and find innovative, practical solutions to keep operations running smoothly
- Strong interpersonal skills, building rapport with various stakeholders and ensuring clear, professional communication at all times
- Proactively address day-to-day operational hurdles, developing strategies that improve efficiency and overcome obstacles
