We’re currently expanding our team and looking for SA & NT Account Coordinator to join us in delivering quality service to our customers.

About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate individual to join our team! Be part of one of Australia’s largest privately-owned transport and logistics companies. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, build relationships and address client needs. If you’re ready to lead to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with and actively build relationships with the key customer stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
- Oversee incoming and outgoing communications, being the key contact for non-contracted customers supporting transport in SA and NT
- Follow all service requests through to completion, communicating the customers’ requirements to all relevant internal stakeholders and communicate all exceptions to the customer
- Manage client invoicing, track payments, and oversee accounts.
- Develop and maintain reports on customer revenue and expenditure levels.
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or sales
- Experience in transport and logistics or ideally in a similar role.
- Solid background in computer skills and system knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain streamlined workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for interacting with various stakeholders.
