Position Available: Experienced Senior Specialised Drivers

Location: Port Headland & Kalgoorlie, Western Australia

About the Role:

As a driver at Centurion, you'll play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers. We're seeking Experienced Senior Specialised Drivers who are committed to excellence and share our passion for delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Kalgoorlie and Port Headland Location.
• Monday to Friday with flexibility to be on call and work some weekends.
• Coordinate and supervise operational activities to ensure prompt delivery of freight.
• Provide leadership, guidance and engagement to the team and regular updates to the operations management team.
• Hands on, able to trouble shoot, think on your feet and driver as and when required.
• Safe driving record and commitment to creating a safe work environment
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Skills and Experience: 

• Valid MC license with a clean driving record.
• Driving experience operating Single / Double / Triple Road Trains.
• Business savvy with the capacity to predict and troubleshoot day-to-day activities.
• Schedule visibility and the effectiveness of the drivers' daily coordinator.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations, traffic laws and fatigue management.
• Excellent communication skills to communicate with your partner, other road users and customers.
