About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Tyre Fitter to join our busy Richlands workshop. If you take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy being part of a team that keeps one of Australia’s biggest transport fleets on the road, this could be your next great move.
You’ll support our maintenance crew with tyre fitting, inspections, and general workshop duties, helping to keep our trucks safe, roadworthy, and ready to deliver across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Fit, repair, rotate and replace tyres on trucks, trailers and light vehicles.
Inspect tyres for wear, damage and safety issues, reporting any concerns early.
Support mechanics with general maintenance and repairs.
Keep the workshop clean, organised and safety compliant.
Skills and Experience
At least 2 years’ experience as a Tyre Fitter (heavy commercial vehicle experience preferred).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
