We’re currently expanding our team and looking for a hands-on National Fleet Monitoring Officer to support our drivers and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Position Available: National Fleet Monitoring Officer

Location: Richlands, Queensland

About the Role:

In this role, you will help keep our transport operations running smoothly. You’ll support drivers, monitor activity, and make sure any issues are managed quickly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Monitor transport activity in the Nexus Centre to ensure everything is running on track
• Communicate with drivers who may need to take fatigue breaks
• Report and follow up on any faults with devices or systems
• Spot any potential risks or delays early and help resolve them
• Work closely with drivers, internal teams, and external partners
• Meet service standards and support a safe and efficient operation

Skills and Experience: 

• Great customer service and communication skills
• Able to think quickly and solve problems
• Confident using computers and systems
• Good time management and teamwork skills
• Ideally some experience in transport, logistics or supply chain
• Flexibility to work shift work, including weekends, as part of a rotating roster.
