We’re currently expanding our team and looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of enterprise-level technology projects.

About the Role

Centurion Transport is embarking on a significant technology transformation program. We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to deliver our telematics and digital fatigue management solution, ensuring alignment with Centurion’s strategic objectives and project delivery governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of assigned projects to achieve outcomes efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and manage project scope, budget, schedule, resourcing, and interdependencies.
• Establish and maintain project governance structures including steering committees, reporting cadences and decision-making forums.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies and tools to manage risks, dependencies and escalations, ensuring proactive mitigation.
• Ensure alignment between operational processes, technology platforms and compliance requirements.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and key influencers to ensure collaboration and open feedback.
• Partner with the Change Manager to drive adoption, business readiness and operational change.
• Analyse and report on key project measures, including schedule, budget and benefits realisation.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with executive sponsors, operational leaders, ICT teams and external vendors to ensure alignment on scope, milestones and outcomes.
• Communicate project status, progress, risks and achievements in a clear and executive-ready format.

What You’ll Bring:

• Demonstrated experience managing complex Business Transformation projects.
• Success in building and maintaining strong working relationships at all levels of an organisation.
• Ability to manage and lead projects in dynamic, changing environments.
• Solution and results driven attitude with the ability to respond quickly to and balance completing priorities.
• Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments), or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is desirable.
