We are looking for a Senior Process Improvement Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving business transformation and operational efficiency across our network.

 

The Opportunity
This is a pivotal role responsible for leading and supporting business transformation initiatives, ensuring process standardisation, and delivering measurable improvements across operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance performance, ensure compliance, and implement best-practice processes and technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, presentation and delivery of business transformation project outcomes
  • Drive operational efficiencies through the implementation of standardised processes
  • Monitor process compliance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Implement systems, tools and technologies to optimise internal operations
  • Ensure processing efficiency, compliance and accurate reporting across departments
  • Develop, document and map business processes to support consistency and scalability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Engage with Operations teams to ensure project deliverables are achieved and communicated effectively
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, non-compliance and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure alignment with business requirements and relevant regulatory policies

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Degree qualified (preferred) in Business, Operations, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in process improvement, transformation or operational roles
  • Strong analytical capability with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated experience in process mapping and documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project/planning tools
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience commensurate with the level of this role
