  • Use internal systems and data to identify and engage potential candidates
  • Manage candidate engagement from initial contact through to handover to the recruitment team
  • Handle candidate queries, including complaints and escalations, with professionalism and urgency
  • Contribute to improving re-engagement and referral strategies

What You’ll Bring?

  • Experience in internal or agency recruitment within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience recruiting in blue-collar or operational environments (preferred but not essential)
  • Confident using a CRM to track and manage candidate pipelines
  • Proven ability to manage complaints, escalations and competing priorities
  • Confident engaging stakeholders at all levels, particularly in operational environments
  • Comfortable building relationships face-to-face
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Highly proactive with a strong sense of urgency
  • A driven, resilient and solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to take ownership of your role and bring forward innovative ideas to improve candidate pipelines

What’s in it for you:
