We have an opportunity for an experienced, proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented Recruitment Advisor to join our team.

In this role, you'll identify, engage, and screen candidates, build talent pipelines, and manage recruitment activity to support current and future workforce needs within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Screen and qualify leads for internal recruitment opportunities
  • Identify and engage talent through Meta campaigns and other sourcing channels
  • Build and nurture talent pools to support current and future workforce needs
  • Manage candidate databases, records, and progression tracking with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
  • Support recruitment activities for frontline, operational, and blue-collar positions
  • Manage high-volume recruitment pipelines while delivering a positive candidate experience
  • Prioritise recruitment activity across multiple vacancies and changing business needs
  • Work closely with the Internal Recruitment Team to support hiring requirements and provide pipeline updates
  • Complete high-volume, process-driven recruitment administration, including candidate screening, database updates, candidate uploads, progression tracking, record maintenance, and data entry, while maintaining exceptional accuracy and efficiency

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience
  • Previous agency or internal recruitment experience
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and candidate pipelines
  • Strong candidate sourcing, database management, and talent identification skills
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and process consistency
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and changing demands
  • Confidence managing process-driven and repetitive administrative tasks while maintaining efficiency
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and effectively manage workload in a predominantly work-from-home environment
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a broader team

Highly Regarded

  • Previous experience recruiting for blue-collar, operational, transport, or logistics-based roles
  • Experience recruiting within high-volume environments
