Tender Coordinator

We’re currently looking for an experienced Tender Coordinator to join the team in our Richlands depot.

What you’ll be doing:

We are searching for a Tender Coordinator with a strong administrative and analytical mindset! This role reports to our Bid Manager and will work closely with our BD team to assist with the coordination and compilation of Centurion Tender and Bid submissions.

• Coordinate and compile national tender & bid responses to meet quality and deadline requirements
• Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to develop an overall bid strategy, ensuring key themes are incorporated into the bid submission
• Overseeing the collation of tender and contract requirements i.e. legal, insurance, quality, safety
• Review documentation to ensure all relevant information is supplied in response documents
• Completion of tender related information i.e. pre-qualifications, expressions of interests
• Proactive gathering of market intelligence, benchmarking data collation and analysis of industry trends
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple assignments to meet agreed deadlines
• Demonstrated success in the delivery of bid submissions or critical timelines
• Internal sales support function, when required
• Other ad-hoc activities as directed

What you’ll bring:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with graphic design software including Adobe Suite
• Demonstrated proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently
• High attention to detail
• High degree of creativity
• Bachelor's in Business/Marketing or Communications preferred, but not essential
