About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Administrator to assist Project Managers and teams by handling administrative tasks, coordinating activities, and maintaining project documentation. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Project Coordination: Schedule and organise meetings, track project milestones, and maintain project timelines. 
  • Documentation Management: Prepare, update, and maintain project files, reports, and registers; ensure information is accurate and accessible.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for team members, stakeholders, and external partners; distribute updates and relevant project information. 
  • Financial Support: Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, invoice processing as required.
  • Event and Resource Management: Book venues, book transport, and equipment; prepare resources and briefing packs for events.
  • Administrative Support: Handle routine office tasks, data entry, and ensure compliance with organisational policies and confidentiality standards.
  • Risk and Issue Assistance: Support Project Managers in monitoring risks, resolving issues, and implementing changes as required.

What You’ll Bring

  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. 
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders. 
  • Problem-Solving: Identify challenges and propose practical solutions. 
  • Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software, databases, and MS office tools. 
  • Teamwork and Leadership: Support and motivate project teams while maintaining a collaborative environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and handle changing project requirements.
