Diesel Mechanic

We are seeking Expressions of Interest for Diesel Mechanics to join our Richlands workshop, working on a 7/7 day-shift-only roster.

This is a hands-on role working across a range of trucks, trailers and fleet vehicles, carrying out servicing, diagnostics, fault finding and general mechanical repairs to keep the fleet safe, reliable and operational.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working a 7/7 roster on day shift only.
• Performing diagnostics, fault finding and repairs on trucks, trailers and fleet vehicles.
• Servicing and maintaining brakes, suspension, steering systems and engines.
• Carrying out welding and basic auto electrical work (12V/24V).
• Ordering, replacing and maintaining parts according to quality and safety standards.
• Minimising fleet downtime by ensuring vehicles are roadworthy and fully operational.

What You’ll Bring

• Trade-qualified Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic with proven experience on trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for mechanical and electrical systems (12V/24V).
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
