About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Maintenance Scheduler to join our team, based at our Perth Airport depot, and play a key role in keeping our fleet maintained, compliant and on the road.
Working closely with our workshops, branch teams, managers and external repairers, you’ll coordinate maintenance activities across the fleet, ensuring work is planned and scheduled efficiently while minimising downtime and keeping productivity high.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment, is highly organised and has a strong eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily, weekly and monthly fleet maintenance schedules.
- Update fleet systems and work orders, ensuring information is accurate and current.
- Track fleet movements and availability using IVMS/GPS systems.
- Liaise with Workshop and Branch Managers to coordinate maintenance requirements.
- Schedule repairs and maintenance with third-party repairers and service providers.
- Coordinate outsourced repairs, maintenance and warranty claims with vendors.
- Monitor maintenance activities to minimise vehicle downtime and maximise fleet availability.
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed in line with legislative and company safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures and standards.
- Provide support across other maintenance and fleet-related activities as required.
About You
You’ll be a highly organised and solutions-focused individual who can manage competing priorities and keep maintenance activities moving.
We’re looking for:
- Previous experience in maintenance planning, scheduling or fleet coordination.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt to changing operational and business requirements.
- Sound understanding of planning and scheduling processes.
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal teams, suppliers and service providers.
- A proactive approach and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
