Duties & Responsibilities:
The Hourly Lab Technician will assist with studying reward, dependence and pain by using mouse models. The Hourly Lab Technician will also results and report to supervisor.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Undergraduate or a B.S. in Chemistry or Biology or equivalent
- Prior experience in administering drugs to rodent lab animals is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred experience with models of pain
- Willingness to learn biochemical and molecular biology techniques such as PCR and western blot
Salary Range: $20-$25/hr
