Job Purpose: Supervise and carry out all aspects of costume shop for the Theatre & Dance Department. The Costume Shop Manager will work closely with students in work study positions and informal mentorship. This position will work a maximum of 480 hours for the year, with heavy production weeks balanced out by fewer hours in non-production weeks. |

Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience |

Years of Related Experience Requirement: 1 year In lieu of the educational qualifications, candidates may qualify with equivalent professional experience at a ratio of one year of experience for each year of required education. |

Certifications and/or Licensures: Valid Drivers' License |

Skills & Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word |

Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated achievement in professional costume shop management and draping |

The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to offer for this position: $20.77 - $22.22 per hour

Minimum Salary (Non-Exempt): 20.77
Midpoint Salary (Non-Exempt): 25.96
Maximum Salary (Non-Exempt): 31.15
