About this Position
The Housing Tours and Guest Experience Coordinator is responsible for developing and managing campus housing tours and communications strategies that promote Oklahoma State University’s Residential Life program. This role supports recruitment and retention efforts by providing engaging and informative experiences for prospective students and their families, as well as maintaining consistent and effective communication across multiple platforms.
Required Qualifications
- High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)

Five years of professional experience in student services, event coordination, customer service, or enrollment operations. Post-secondary education may substitute for required experience.
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Strong public speaking skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's

Experience working in Higher Education
- Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:
- Experience working in a university housing or student affairs setting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and web content platforms.
- Supervisory experience with student employees or volunteers.
